Professor Wurzels' Disc Notes:
'Don't Tell I, Tell 'Ee' sums up the Adge Cutler's laid-back attitude to life, and is a song forever be associated with him. This was the band's fifth single on the Columbia label. Neither tracks were immediately associated with an album - although the title track turned up in 1974 on an album of the same name (the single version is slightly cleaner: It is a 'live' recording and the single version has a lot, if not most, of the background noise and laughter filtered out).
'Faggots Is The Stuff' was recorded for the 'Cutler of the West' album at the Webbington Country Club.
The
images above show the single in the original 'red' Columbia
sleeve and the vinyl disc details and a 'demo' version of
the disc produced for distribution to the radio and tv stations
in the days leading up to the official release.
